Pre-order Information

What is a Pre-order?

Pre-ordering is a service provided where we secure an item for you before it arrives in stock. The item will be available to purchase, in advance before we have received the stock from the supplier. Pre-orders are highlighted with a red banner on the product image stating PRE-ORDER. 

When will my pre-order arrive in stock?

We will always do our best to provide as accurate a release date as possible. However, we have little control over the arrival times of pre-order lines. All dates shown in the product descriptions are estimations provided by the suppliers and are subject to change. We hold the right to change dates without notice based on information provided. 

When will my Pre-order line ship?

Pre-order lines will dispatch within 1-2 working days of it arriving in stock unless the order contains more pre-order lines that are not yet in stock and split-shipping was not selected. See here for more information about Split Shipping

Can I Click & Collect a Pre-order? 

Yes, Pre-order can be collected. Once the item has arrived in stock and prepped for collection a notification will be sent. 

When do I make Payment for a Pre-order? 

Payment for all orders including pre-orders is made, in full at the time of order. This is simply due to the vague and frequent changing dates set by suppliers potentially leaving customer with surprise payments leaving their accounts.

Can I cancel a pre-order? 

Pre-orders can be cancelled. we offer the opportunity to exchange for in stock items or store credit. If a refund is preferred, please be aware that as of 13.01.2022 pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% charge of the whole transaction. This is a non refundable deposit for using the pre-order service. All Pre-orders placed after this date are subject to the deposit. By placing a pre-order you agree to these terms and conditions.
