Card storage planner

Work out how many penny sleeves, toploaders, 9-pocket binder pages and binders your collection needs. Nothing you enter is stored.

Your best pulls, favourites and anything you might post or sell. These are stored in toploaders, not in the binder.

Penny-sleeve the binder cards too?

How it works

Enter your numbers and press the button. The result appears here, and the page works without JavaScript.

Assumptions

  • Every card in a toploader gets a penny sleeve first, so the toploader does not scratch it.
  • Binder cards go one per pocket in 9-pocket, side-loading pages, using both sides: 18 cards per page.
  • Binders are the zip or bound kind without O-rings, in fixed page counts. If yours differs, choose the closest size.
  • 10% spare sleeves and toploaders allows for splits, new pulls and swaps.
  • Card size is the standard size used by most games. Smaller cards, such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, fit the same pockets but suit smaller sleeves.
  • Bulk commons you do not want in a binder are better kept in a card storage box: just leave them out of the total.
