FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)


  • When will my order be Shipped? 
    • If your order consists of only in stock items and it is placed before 2pm it will be shipped the same day (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays. T&Cs Apply).
    • If your order contains both in stock and pre-order lines and 'split-shipping' is not selected, your order will be shipped once the final pre-order line is in stock.
    • If your order contains only pre-order lines and the split-shipping option is not selected, your order will be shipped once the final pre-order line arrives in stock.
  • When will my Pre-order line arrive in stock?
    • Pre-order dates are provided by the supplier and are strictly estimations only. We have no control over when we receive pre-order lines and can only provide information given to us by the suppliers. If dates change, the relevant products information will be updated accordingly. 
  • When am I charged for a Pre-order?
    • All payments are taken upfront at the time of order, including pre-orders. We do things this way because pre-order dates are estimations and subject to change, this means customers can be left with unexpected funds leaving their account.
  • How will my order be shipped?
    • Standard orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Anything considered, over-sized or over-weight will be dispatched using DPD. This is automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart content. This is all at the discretion of Glass Shelf Collectibles and it's Staff, in some circumstances we may find it safer to ship the order using a different method. (i.e., breaking the order down into two separate parcels)
    • All order are picked and packed with the up-most care. We pride ourselves on our packing ability and understand the importance of getting items from our shelves to yours.
    • We only use strong double walled cardboard boxes with a generous amount of paper void fill, finished off with a strong gummed paper tape to ensure the safest possible delivery. (Also, this means all of our shipping packaging is 100% recyclable)
  • How long should I wait for a reply to my query?
    • We typically take 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) to reply to any and all queries whether it be via email or social media platforms.
    • It can sometimes take a little longer during busier period such as holiday seasons, promotional events etc.
    • We ask that customers please try to refrain from 'repeat emailing' this actually pushes your ticket to the back of the queue and actually makes it harder for us to help with your query :(
  • Do you offer a Payment Plan?
    • Yes, We offer 'Put it on Lay-Buy'. 'Put it on Lay-Buy' is a payment support tool, powered and secured by PayPal. it allows you to place a down payment and spread the remainder of the order amount over flexible monthly payments.
    • 'Put it on Lay-Buy' is not to be confused with other third party credit providers that pay for you order up front in full and you pay them back. This means that orders will not be dispatched until the final payment is made and the balance is cleared.
    • You can monitor any open payment plans by logging into your account > order history > select the relevant order > payment details (You can also make early payments or clear your balance from here too!)
    • Please make sure to read 'Put it on Lay-Buy's' Terms and conditions before using the service. 
  • Do you buy Pop!s?
    • Yes, We do sometimes buy Second hand Pop! Vinyl Figures. We offer a 'Cash' value or store credit.
